Ollie Hill, Business Systems Coordinator (2 years at Megnajet) said:

“My role involves managing and maintaining key processes and systems that support sales and technical functions. My favourite part of the job is analysing data and providing insights that drive measurable improvements across the business.”

David Rigby, Manufacturing Technician (2 years at Megnajet):

“My day-to-day work varies – I could be building multiple products or working on a more complex build that takes a couple of days. I love the variety it brings, as I’m always learning new skills that I can apply beyond work.”

Adam Eaton, Technical Manager (10 years at Megnajet):

“I oversee all things technical, from sales to product development and technical accountability, to ensure the business achieves its targets.

“What I love about my role is the ability to influence decision-making across many areas of the business and witnessing these improvements first-hand. Seeing the direct impact of our work on customer success is incredibly rewarding.”

Memorable Moments

Over the years, we’ve made lots of memories. From team celebrations to Lunch and Learns and product launches, these moments reflect the camaraderie and pride our employees feel in their work.

Adam Eaton:

“The first Christmas party after our acquisition was especially memorable. As with any change, it seemed like a bit of an uncertain time for some of our employees, but seeing the integration of new team members and the company being stronger than ever made it a special moment for all of us.”

Ollie Hill:

"I really enjoy the events we hold throughout the year. The charity events, quarterly celebrations, and Christmas gatherings stand out to me during my time at Megnajet, as they highlight the incredible group of people we have here - both in and outside of work.”

David Rigby:

“I always remember that just one week into my job, I was invited to the Megnajet Christmas party. It was a great way to get to know the team, and it made me feel welcome right away.”

“I’ve been able to attend several training courses and expand my role into new areas of the business, which has directly helped my career progression.

“People at both Megnajet and Xaar have been extremely supportive - offering their time and expertise with a genuine interest and care for my development, often going far beyond the requirements of their role.”

Neil:

“I’ve gained skills in manufacturing that I didn’t have when I started, which has been really valuable.”

Adam Eaton:

“I started at Megnajet as a technician very early in my career, and have moved through a range of different roles to reach Technical Manager. I’ve been able to develop both my technical and business skills to help build a team that now covers a wide range of technical expertise.

“Megnajet has given me the opportunity to work on high-level business projects and represent the company worldwide for our global customers.”
